This notice describes the official overseas Sepzok service: the account you create with an email address, official AI, and optional diagnostics you choose to send. Light apps and files that stay on your device are not uploaded by this service. If you point the app at a server you run, that operator handles the data you send there.
| Data | Why |
|---|---|
| Email address and sign-in credential | Create the account, sign you in, and let you delete it |
| Age confirmation (16 or older) | Keep the service for people who confirm they are old enough |
| Profile, plan, and usage counters | Run the account and the daily official-AI limit |
| Text and files you send to official AI | Produce the reply you asked for |
| Optional diagnostics or feedback you submit | Investigate a problem you chose to report |
We use this information to provide the service, keep accounts secure, and enforce the daily limit on official AI. We do not sell personal information.
Account and profile data are stored with Supabase in the United States (Oregon). Official AI requests go through Sepzok’s hold service on Fly.io in the United States (San Jose) and then to OpenRouter in the United States (New York) to generate the reply. Optional diagnostics you submit are stored with the account. Device-only light apps stay on the device.
Account data stays until you delete the account. Official AI prompts are sent to produce that reply and are covered by the daily usage counter. Diagnostics you submitted can be deleted from Settings. After you delete the account, the sign-in and the overseas profile are removed.
Settings shows the account this service keeps. You can turn off optional diagnostics, delete diagnostics you already sent, and delete the account. Deleting the account removes the email sign-in and the overseas profile. Mandatory privacy rights in your place of residence still apply.
The overseas service is for people who are 16 or older. Creating an account includes that confirmation. We close a new account that does not include it.
When this notice changes in a way that affects your choice, the overseas version changes and the app asks you to accept it again. The China package keeps its own version.
